2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

3. Products and Pricing

All book descriptions, images, and specifications are provided as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions are error-free. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment must be received in full before dispatch. Card payments are processed securely through Stripe.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours. Delivery times may vary based on location and shipping method. Free shipping is available on orders over A$ 1,500. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

You may return books within 7 days of delivery if they are in original condition. Damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost. Return shipping costs may apply for change-of-mind returns.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of BookAide or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful code, to attempt unauthorised access, or to interfere with the website's operation. Violation of these terms may result in account termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

BookAide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.
